ACCOUNT NOW Prepaid svcs Complaint

DO NOT USE ACCOUNT NOW FOR TAX RETURN !!
I had my tax return direct deposited onto this account. Within hours of my money being posted they locked my card and now I have no access to my own money. I have faxed them over my DL, As , birth certificate, marriage license , utility bill & a copy of my tax return. Still have not released my funds. They're robbing people!!!
