I can't accsess my account - Account Customer Service
I have been trying to access my account for a week now and they are just giving me the run around because I forgot my password to the online account, now they want me to send in proof of identiy I answered the security question so why even have a security question? They want a copy of my Social security card, a copy of my proof of address and a copy of my state ID! This is ridiculous I've had this account for over 7 years and nowbtheybdont want my business I have a disease that attacks the immune system and I need my meds I've been without them for a week now and I'm not supposed to go a day without them and when I told them this it seemed like they made it more difficult for me they said to me call social security and have them recall your funds if you don't want to provide the documents we asked for but I sent in everything they asked for eccept my social security card I sent them a copy of my Medicare card that has svcopybof my social on it if motor vehicle accepts it why can't they Im so done with this company thanks account now for putting my health at jeapordy!
