I have been with account now for 9 years or better my accountnow card is 12/14/2014 i never got a new card i call they ask me to send Ids and a bill with my address on it and my sss number i went to this website that accountnow upload ask me to go to i never could get in and everytime i call them they send me back to the same website that would;nt let me in now i have know mean to get my money to paid my bill and buy my meds i am going to change my money over to my bank at least wend your card is no loner can be used the bank will send you a update dept card with out going though problem that should of never happen
