My account was restricted because of fraudulent activity they say so they said I would have to answer security questions but they skipped the page and the next page said that I didn't answer the questions correctly so they gave me a number to call I tried to explain but I wasn't given the chance. They told me I had to fax my ID,ss card and my account now card prove my identity so I did that about five times than finally they said they had all of the documents needed no further action was needed to call them in72 hours and they would take the restriction off my account so i called to see was it unlocked. They asked for a bill or statement Itold them iI didn't have it so they said to go to post office get address verification I hung up the phone. It has been month or longer I want my money now I don't want to talk or hear anything about a account now card or nothing else got to do with account now.
