restricted my card and my account I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - account now prepaid visa card
I found that my account and my card have been restricted, called customer service and they said that I have suspicious activity on my account?! And that I have to fax certain documents to get it resolved, seriously?? OK so I did I sent my photo ID from NY and FL along with my tax refund paperwork and everything else still no update on changes, I received my tax refund after a long awaited wait and sent the info as soon as it was deposit they locked me out, I have kids I care for and I have waited long enough and second why did they not tell me or contact me, I did nothing to deserve this and this is fraud on there part to hold anyone's hard earned money. I want my money my restriction lifted and to move on with myself. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM
