very unhappy 10 year customer - AccountNow Prepaid Debit Card

I went to an ATM using my account now card and the money didn't dispense to me. Of course I called the number on the ATM but they referred me to dispute it with Account now 400 dollars up in the air gone. I can't get straight answers I'm getting people talking to me that are saying the most stupid things. The rep stated that that ATM isn't affiliated with account now as if there is an account now ATM I should very used or I should have went to a non existent account now bank very unprofessional and dumb. It doesn't take a lot to get to the bottom of my situation if they cared about there customers. I'm still waiting on my 400 today
